It was a truly remarkable weekend for a couple of first-timer attendees at the SFA Fall Symposium.  Everything and I mean everything was real, educational, inspiring, humbling at moments, and mindblowing at other times such as Chef Chris Sheppard’s 20 course dim sum lunch.   It’s hard for me to put it into words how great of an experience the whole weekend was.  I got a lot of value out of the symposium on both a personal and professional side, simply an all inspiring weekend.  Cannot thank everyone at the SFA and who attended the symposium for their hospitality and making us feel welcome. cheers! -Richard Patrick
